We follow people's bodies and and allow their body, which is inifintely intelligent, to show us not only what's wrong, but how to correct it as well. The person on the table is doing all the healing.

Nobody can heal you, that's up to you. What we do is give a helping hand and set up an appropriate environment to facilitate the process of healing, which we feel honored to be a part of. It's pretty amazing to see what the body can do and how it can heal itself if given half a chance.

Every person varies with the results they notice, because every person is different. We never do the same session twice. We respond to who's on our massage table in the moment.
