Why CranioSacral?That's an easy question. We believe nearly everyone on the planet could benefit from at least a couple CranioSacral sessions. CranioSacral is relaxing down to the core of your body and feels really good. It's calming and soothing to the nervous system. If you like receiving massage, then chances are you'll love CranioSacral. But the only real way to find out is to try a session. It's extremely difficult to explain the tremendous value CranioSacral Therapy has to offer by talking about it. It needs to be felt to be appreciated. Usually people that try CranioSacral have already been to doctors, chiropractors, physical therapists, etc. Often times they have been injured somehow, either recently or a long time ago. If you have ever been in a car accident, had sprains or broken any bones, or had any sort of surgery, or have taken any falls then you might want to seriously consider receiving a few sessions of CranioSacral. It can literally make a world of difference. The worse thing that could happen is that you might just end up feeling more relaxed and wouldn't that be awful :) CranioSacral Therapy is extremely safe, non-invasive, gentle and highly effective. We use a light touch to gently encourage the body to release any sort of stress and tension. On average we recommend people schedule 4 - 6 sessions. In those sessions people can guage whether this is helpful for them. Often times people report wonderful results in just a few sessions. Occasionally, depending on the goal of a client and/or how long they've had the problem, it could take a couple of months averaging one session per week. After a few sessions, we recommend at least once a month or every other month, or whenever you can. Your body works hard for you and it deserves a rest now and then. And it really varies with each person and what they want to accomplish. The side effect of CranioSacral is deep relaxation. Imagine going thru life more relaxed...
